At Dosa Etc, everything is made in-house and in small batches, meticulously following traditional recipes handed down through their families and keeping everything fresh! From soaking the lentils and rice to frying the vada, every step is taken with love and passion for the nostalgic flavours of their heritage. The dosas, idlis, and vadas are prepared using rice and lentils naturally fermented to ensure gut health and gluten-free options. What's more is that the menu is entirely vegetarian, with most items available in vegan variants too!
